Contact Us
I am often operating
equipment or I'm out on the water (or under water :) but
lots of noise in most cases so please let the phone ring
long enough as I might not hear it right away.
If I do
not answer or you can't hear me (too much background noise
from the engines, etc.) please call back a few hours later
or send me an e-mail with your questions.
Your e-mail will be answered
within 24 hours; if you don't receive a reply within that
time please try sending your e-mail again because that means
we probably never received it...
If you need an estimate for
the inspection of your raft it is best to e-mail us with as
much info as possible in order for us to make an accurate
estimate so please send the previous inspection certificate
or easier yet fill out this form→→→→→→
We sometimes receive e-mails like this :
Hello,
Please give me an estimate for how much it will cost
and how long it will take to service my life raft?
Thanking you in advance,
Mr. D.
And this would be our standard reply :)
Hello Sir,
Thank you for your
e-mail.
You do not give us
enough information to be able to provide you with an
estimate; with what you say it can cost anywhere between
300 and 1500 euro.....and it could take anywhere between
1 day and 3 weeks...
(This is a bit like
calling a garage and asking how much it will cost to fix
your car without telling them what type of car it is and
what you think is wrong with it.... :)
To be able to make
you an estimate I would need the following information:
- Brand name
- Model
- Fabrication date
- Date of last
inspection
- Date of last
hydro-test (of cylinder)
-Dates of perishable
items (Flares, First Aid Kit, Anti-Sea-sickness Pills,
Batteries, Etc.)
You can find all this
information on your last inspection certificate or in
the booklet of the raft.
Please scan that and
send it so we can take it from there...

Other Drop Off and Pick Up Locations
Maritime School of the West Indies/Maritime Sercices &
Training Building
Auberge des Mers
Marina Royale # 20
Marigot 97150
St. Martin French West Indies
If you do not have a car and you have a small raft (up to 10 Pax)
you can drop it off at the Maritime School.
That is in Marina Port La Royale in Marigot; accessed through the
Simpson bay Lagoon.
You can go dock the tender right in front of the door... as soon as
you enter the marina by dinghy you will see a big new parking lot
and new docks on your port side, then the first building next to
that is the school. It is next to MP yachting; you will see some
white flags on the dock that say "MP yachting" and "Jeanneau" and a
bunch of little Jeanneau tenders are docked there.
You will see my logo (Life Rafts Etc.) on one of the metallic
shutters that always remains closed, as well as Maritime School of
the West Indies, No Limits Yachts, Maritime Services and Training,
and Yacht Assistance logo's; that is all the same school building.
The school is open on weekdays from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. from
October through May.
Drop off at that location is possible from 1 June until September 30
by appointment only.
Pick up and drop off in St. Barth's can be arranged for a small
fee (this only applies to 10 Pax or smaller rafts); it will be
transported on the ferry.
